The Romantic Garden Wedding Package is perfect for Brides & Grooms looking to host a small but elegant wedding for no more than 20 people (max 30 guests with an addition of $25/person charge for service fee)

Package Includes:

Choose from one of the following locations for your romantic garden ceremony:

  • Cedarcrest Courtyard (subject to availability)

  • Rackheath Gardens

  • Rackheath Maple Trees

  • Two-Night stay for 8 People (additional guest rooms may be rented separately).

  •  Three rooms in Rackheath House (these rooms each sleep two and we provide a luxurious silver tray continental breakfast each morning. You may upgrade to a hot breakfast at an additional charge).

  •  Two-night stay at The Bridal Cottage for the bride and groom (this one bedroom suite sleeps two. Bounty of the Farm Hot Breakfast is included the first night, silver tray continental breakfast the next morning).

  • A designated Overlook Farm staff member to assist with your wedding's setup, ceremony, and cake cutting.

  • Services of an Officiant for your ceremony.

  • Floral arrangements include; a petite bouquet of seasonal flowers and a matching boutonniere.

  • Two-Tiered wedding cake available in the couple's choice of flavor.

  • Four Bottles of Champagne or Prosecco for the cake cutting.

  • Romantic Turn-down Service in the Bridal Cottage the night of the ceremony, including a Bottle of Perrier Jouet Champagne, Chocolate-Covered Strawberries and a "Bed of Roses".

  • Full Access to the ceremony spaces on the day of your wedding

  • Photographer to capture your ceremony.

  • Price includes time of shoot, and 15 edited images.

  • Music services (includes 1 hour of music, each addition hour is $75.00).
