VENUES

AVALON HALL

Representing the ultimate in country elegance, Avalon Hall is truly unique in its sophistication, grandeur, and beauty. Stunning details emerge from the hand-pressed stone floor and oak beamed ceiling to the oak-wainscoting. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, along with three massive chandeliers and pewter sconces, create a warm and inviting atmosphere for your special occasion.

Your guests will find themselves drawn to the second floor mezzanine where they can look down over the festivities or get a drink at Avalon's custom wood bar. The patio below consists of three levels with water features, a fire pit, and koi pond-just a few of its amenities. The upper deck allows for stunning views of rolling hills, ponds, and the Mississippi River. Amazing views, outdoor entertainment, pristine interior details and amenities await your special occasion!

RACKHEATH HOUSE & GARDENS

The carefully maintained grounds surrounding Rackheath House, with the Mississippi River Valley as a backdrop, offer a variety of classic garden wedding venues. Whether beneath the shade of two century-old silver maple trees, among the blooms of an English country garden, or on the charming covered veranda, this estate is the perfect spot regardless of the season for an outdoor party or event. Rackheath offers a garden path lined with flowers and allows guests to be seated under the ceiling of a sparkling blue sky or dreamy starry night.

CEDARCREST MANOR

Enjoy the relaxing and intimate space created by Cedarcrest Manor's shade, gardens, pool, and porches. This federal style manor house, built in 1842 for steamboat Captain Benjamin Clifford, is a peaceful setting ideally situated for an elegant event. The venue includes a canopied lawn, large second-story veranda, Greek-Style, heated in-ground pool, pool-side fireplace, and adjacent sculpted rose garden with fountain.  The manor was lovingly restored in 2007 and boasts 6 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite.

OVERLOOK & AVALON MEADOW

The Overlook (from which the farm got itʼs name) is a spot unparalleled by any other in the Midwest. This perch sits above the Mississippi. With the charming town of Clarksville, lush farmland, and the rolling hills of the river valley unfolding below, this majestic spot is ideal for those wanting a chance for a beautiful view and photo opportunity.

The Avalon Meadow is the perfect retreat for a dining and party option, overlooking the Mississippi. Bordered on one side by a row of cedar trees and on the other by a river view, the Avalon Meadow is grounded by a massive oak tree at one end, and extends up a long uninterrupted lawn to The Overlook. Globe lights strung above seated guests illuminate a notably intimate space at nightfall. Fireflies provide additional ambient lighting on midsummer evenings.
